Laura Liss emphasizes representation of franchisors, franchisees and all types of non-franchised business owners in their corporate, real estate, trademark, and related business law matters.

In addition to representation of franchisors in preparation of their Franchise Disclosure Document annually and advice about franchisee relationships, common projects for her include all aspects of the purchase or sale of existing businesses or a new franchise (such as reviewing the FDD), review and negotiation of commercial leases, protection of intellectual property such as trademarks, and general contracts and commercial law. Laura also assists existing franchisees seeking to exit and terminate their franchise agreements without litigation.

She is active in the ProVisors network as well.  Laura grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law after attending Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
